Our mission is to educate and train qualified technical personnel (technicians) at the associate degree level in the field of healthcare who possess the necessary professional knowledge and skills required by all sectors today, with the aim of enhancing the professional status of the society.
Our vision is to be an institution that is integrated with the universal world of science and technology, equipped with the knowledge required by contemporary vocational education, and capable of producing sought-after individuals in any environment, whose individuals are preferred by the business world, and recognized through original research and a professional service approach.
Our institution's quality policy as Toros University Vocational School of Health Services is to ensure the continuity of activities carried out to achieve the goals within the framework of our mission and vision, to be internalized by stakeholders, to equip our students with sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge as competent professionals and technicians in line with universal standards, and to integrate them into the job market. Additionally, it is to establish, implement, and ensure the sustainability of the Quality Management System.
Our unit's R&D (Research and Development) policy aims to generate knowledge and technology within the scope of our university's R&D culture to achieve national and international progress and improvement, and within the scope of R&D vision, to become the center of this knowledge and technology. In line with these goals, a policy of continuously improving academic and industrial research by developing existing infrastructure and rapidly continuing these activities has been adopted.
