LABORATORIES
The Physiotherapy Program provides simulation- and practice-based learning environments that support students in transforming their theoretical knowledge into practical skills. In this context, the laboratories and practical training areas are designed to enable the effective delivery of courses related to basic physiotherapy skills, assessment techniques, exercise applications, biomechanics, and rehabilitation practices.
In line with our practice-oriented educational approach, laboratory activities constitute one of the fundamental components of the program. Students have the opportunity to reinforce the theoretical knowledge gained in classroom settings through hands-on practice, thereby enhancing their professional competencies.
Physiotherapy Practice and Simulation Areas
The practice areas within the program are designed to help students become familiar with clinical physiotherapy environments and to develop their professional skills. In these settings, students are able to practice basic assessment and evaluation techniques, therapeutic exercise applications, patient positioning and handling, and fundamental rehabilitation approaches.
Through laboratory and practical training activities, students are supported in developing attention to detail, manual skills, clinical reasoning, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving competencies. These environments are also actively used for skill development courses and pre-clinical preparation processes.
The infrastructure of the practice areas is continuously organized and updated to support educational activities and to provide a learning environment where students can adapt to current physiotherapy practices in healthcare services.
The program’s practical training facilities are structured to help students strengthen their professional skills, reinforce their theoretical knowledge, and prepare as well-equipped individuals for clinical practice after graduation.
