- To train nurses who will provide theoretical and practical knowledge to fulfill the professional roles and functions required by the nursing profession.
- To train nurses who can make independent decisions within the framework of nursing roles and responsibilities, are aware of and take responsibility for their legal obligations, and can work in a multidisciplinary manner.
- To train nurses who assess the health care needs of individuals, families, and communities with a holistic approach in accordance with the nursing process and are sensitive to ethical principles.
- To train nurses who are researchers, entrepreneurs, critical thinkers, can work based on evidence, and are open to lifelong learning.
- To train nurses with the qualifications to work internationally as practitioners, educators, managers, and leaders in accordance with the competencies acquired during nursing education.
