Graduation Project

The graduation project is a mandatory course in the 7th semester according to the curriculum. The aim of this course is to enable students to combine the theoretical and practical knowledge they have gained in the field of industrial engineering with a real-world application and to increase their experience in a specific area.

In this course, students define and analyze a specific engineering problem, develop solution proposals, carry out design and modeling processes, and present the results in a technical report. Studies can be conducted individually or in teams, under the supervision of an advisor.

The graduation project process includes the following stages: problem definition, literature review, design/implementation, analysis, reporting, and oral presentation. The aim is to improve students' professional competencies, gain experience in research and project management, and develop work habits in accordance with engineering ethical principles.

The Toros University Faculty of Engineering Graduation Thesis Writing Guidelines are specified in the attached file.
