The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts implements a quality assurance-based management system in its educational, research, and administrative processes. In our department, quality activities are carried out through the regular monitoring, measurement, and evaluation of program educational objectives and program outcomes.
Based on the data obtained, improvement decisions are made and implemented systematically. The process is conducted in collaboration with the department administration, the Self-Assessment Commission, and the Department Advisory Board, and stakeholder feedback is regularly taken into consideration.
Within this framework, our department adopts a transparent, participatory, accountable, and sustainable management approach.
