The Undergraduate Psychology Program implements a quality assurance–based management system in its educational, research, and administrative processes. In our department, quality activities are carried out through the regular monitoring, measurement, and evaluation of program educational objectives and program outcomes.
Based on the data obtained, improvement decisions are made and implemented systematically. This process is carried out through the collaboration of the department administration, the self-evaluation committee, and the departmental advisory board, while stakeholder feedback is regularly taken into consideration.
In this context, our department adopts a management approach that is transparent, participatory, accountable, and sustainable.
