Institutional Support And Financial Resources

Departmental activities are systematically supported through the university budget, Scientific Research Projects (BAP) funding, and externally funded research grants. In this context, BAP projects aimed at enhancing the scientific productivity of academic staff are encouraged, and administrative as well as technical support is provided throughout the project development process.

The application and research infrastructure is regularly updated in line with the requirements of psychology education and supported by institutional resources. Practice laboratories, observation rooms, and testing materials within the department are equipped with modern tools and software to enable students to transform their theoretical knowledge into practice. In addition, projects conducted at undergraduate and graduate levels are supported through research laboratories and application units, and interdisciplinary studies in experimental, clinical, and social psychology are encouraged.

In line with accreditation processes, the effective, efficient, and transparent use of resources is adopted as a fundamental principle. Accordingly, the planning of infrastructure, equipment, and human resources required for the sustainability of educational activities is regularly reviewed and improved through a continuous improvement approach. Institutional support mechanisms are evaluated based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders and are monitored within the framework of the quality assurance system.

The department aims to increase access to national and international research funding and encourages academic staff in this direction. Moreover, students’ active participation in project-based learning processes and fieldwork is supported, contributing to their academic and professional development. This holistic approach strengthens the department’s quality assurance system and contributes to the establishment of a sustainable structure aligned with accreditation criteria.
