Our Career Development Application and Research Center seeks to give our students with the required assistance and contacts to help them realize their career development goals, create various career organizations, and apply the quality policies stated below.

In this context;

*By using the Quality Assurance System as a guide for all activities of our Center and constantly improving the perception of quality,

*Continuously improving the knowledge, skills and competencies of its internal stakeholders,

*Ensuring that each department receives an accreditation certificate with qualifications in accordance with national and international standards in education, research and community service activities,

* Considering the expectations of internal and external stakeholders at the highest level in all activities,

* By developing an education system that is open to continuous improvement,

* By adopting a management approach that embraces the principles of justice, openness and accountability in managerial activities and acts in accordance with law and ethical principles,

*By organizing events in cooperation with national and international organizations, especially the Presidential Human Resources Office, and by taking care of the career development processes of our students,

*Inspiring its members to develop research/projects in collaboration with industry/NGOs,

*To create, implement and maintain a quality management system by encouraging students to develop projects for social contribution.
