Next-generation Mentorship Project

"Next-Generation Mentorship Project" Launched with the Collaboration of Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Career Center and Toros University.

Hosted by the Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Career Center in collaboration with Toros University, the "Next-Generation Mentorship Project" has been launched. The project introduces a modern mentorship model designed to guide future professionals in their career journeys.

The opening event featured participation from Arkas Logistics Human Resources Deputy Manager Birce Gökmen and Toros University Lecturer Prof. Dr. Köksal Hazır, who also served as the moderator. Prof. Dr. Hazır emphasized that mentorship programs significantly contribute to students' personal development and their ability to establish connections with the business world.

Organized with the contributions of Toros University, this project aims to offer students opportunities for personal and professional growth while serving as a bridge between Mersin's business community and the university. The Next-Generation Mentorship Project is expected to provide young individuals with a fresh perspective on their careers.
