Re-shaping Career Planning: Bridging Gaps International Conference

On behalf of Toros University, Lecturer Furkan Kırpık participated in the "Re-Shaping Career Planning: Bridging Gaps" international conference held at METU on June 24-25, 2024. Supported by the Turkish Presidency Human Resources Office, the event addressed topics such as successful practices of career centers, the role of artificial intelligence in career counseling, and new-generation job search strategies. Sessions were held with the participation of academics from different countries, focusing on global collaboration and innovative career approaches. The conference provided an important platform for sharing innovations in career planning and strengthening relationships.
