Staff training mobility is an activity area that enables any staff member employed at a higher education institution holding an ECHE in Turkey to receive training in one of the program countries. Within the scope of this activity, it is possible for the individual to receive various forms of training (such as on-the-job training and job shadowing) in order to develop their skills in areas related to their current work. Participation in conferences, however, cannot be supported under this activity.
The organization to be visited for training purposes abroad may be a training center, research center, higher education institution, or any other organization that meets the definition of an enterprise. In this context, an eligible organization refers to any type of public or private institution or organization, regardless of its size, legal status, or the economic sector in which it operates, as well as any enterprise engaged in any type of economic activity, including the social economy.
