BAP APPLICATION

Project applications are carried out through the Dean's Office/Directorate to which the Project coordinator is affiliated, according to the schedule determined by the BAP Commission. Project application conditions and features to be sought in the application are announced on the BAP Unit web page.

BEDEK APPLICATION

• The instructor submits the application petition containing information such as the name, type of activity, date and place of the work he has done, and the published full text of the work to the Dean's Office.
• The Dean's Office/Directorate sends the instructor's application to BEDEK with his/her opinion.
• Congress, symposium, seminar etc. For the assignments requested for academic activities, the web address, date, abstract and presentation deadlines of the relevant academic activity, the referee evaluation process, the date of the acceptance notification to the authors and the publication conditions of the papers are notified with the application petition.
• BEDEK makes the necessary evaluation within one month at the latest and presents the result to the Rectorate.
• The result is notified in writing to the relevant dean's office/directorate by the Rectorate to be forwarded to the owner of the publication. In case of favorable opinion, the department head is also notified for the required payment.

The instructor who will attend the meeting, fills the application form for participation in the relevant domestic and international scientific meetings, attaches the text of the paper to be presented and the acceptance letter, and applies to the department/program chair at least one month before the meeting date.

The application form is sent to the relevant dean's office/directorship without delay, together with the opinion of the department/program chair. If the relevant faculty/institute/school administrative board approves the application, the application is submitted to the approval of the Rectorate by the dean/directorship together with the decision of the board of directors.

Requests that do not comply with the application period will not be evaluated by the BEDEK Commission. BEDEK Commission decides whether the requested support is appropriate or not, taking into account the issues in subparagraph (b) of Article 8 and submits it to the Rector's Office for approval.
