Within the scope of the Physiotherapy Program, there is a professional practice course designed to enable students to develop their professional knowledge and skills in a practical environment.

As part of the Professional Practice course offered in our program, students are required to complete a mandatory 70 working days of clinical practice during the 4th semester, which corresponds to the spring term of the second year. This practice aims to ensure that students become familiar with the healthcare sector, particularly physiotherapy processes, gain clinical experience before graduation, and enhance their theoretical knowledge through practical application.

During the professional practice period, students have the opportunity to work in physiotherapy units of public hospitals and private healthcare institutions, where they gain experience in patient communication, physiotherapy assessment and treatment applications, participation in clinical procedures, and the development of their professional competencies.

Professional practice activities are carried out within the framework of the Vocational School internship committee and relevant regulations.

The application process, evaluation criteria, required documents, and report writing guidelines for the Professional Practice are defined in accordance with the relevant Professional Practice guidelines.
