The Nursing Department provides the necessary institutional support and financial resources to ensure that educational activities are carried out without interruption and to the highest standard. All expenses related to laboratory infrastructure, materials and equipment needs, and external practice areas are covered by the university. Practical training processes in hospitals and healthcare institutions, through which students gain clinical experience, are supported within the framework of institutional partnerships. In line with the importance attached to scientific research activities, academic staff and students are encouraged to benefit from various national and international funding sources, most notably BEDEK and TORLAD operating under the university's umbrella; project applications and research processes are supported at the institutional level within this scope. The department has adopted the principle of continuously improving the quality of education by using available resources effectively and efficiently, and expenditures made in this regard are managed with a transparent planning approach.
