QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT

The Medical Laboratory Techniques Program adopts a quality assurance–based management approach in its educational and administrative processes. Quality activities within the program are carried out through the systematic monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of program educational objectives and learning outcomes.

In this context, the data obtained are analyzed, necessary improvement decisions are made, and these are reflected in implementation processes. These processes are carried out in a planned and systematic manner by considering the opinions and contributions of program management, relevant academic and administrative committees, as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Within this framework, the Medical Laboratory Techniques Program adopts a quality-oriented, participatory, transparent, and sustainable education approach and accepts continuous improvement as a fundamental principle.
