- Providing orientation training to students at the beginning of each academic year.
- Once a year, improving and updating the department/program's Educational Curriculum plans, taking into account the views and suggestions of the advisory board.
- Providing 1 semester of professional practice training for students' professional development.
- Conducting an informative meeting for students regarding sector selection and the internship process before professional practice.
- Ensuring students' completion of practical projects to enhance their practical skills before professional practice.
- Organizing at least 1 activity per year related to professional practices (such as seminars, webinars, technical visits, etc.).
- Ensuring the systematic archiving of documents (exam folders, petitions, departmental documents, etc.) to enhance document accessibility and availability.
- Making advisors' student counseling and appointment hours easily visible at the beginning of each academic term.
- Signing at least 5 sector collaboration protocols annually at the department/program level.
- Organizing a student advisory board annually where students can express their needs and expectations and preparing a student counseling report.
- Conducting surveys to measure student satisfaction annually and improving satisfaction levels each year.
