DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM (DMP)
The double major program is a single degree program in which a student successfully completes the requirements of two programs. It is designed as an opportunity for students to expand their knowledge and skills by enrolling in a second degree program while demonstrating success in their primary program. Through the DMP, graduates of both degree programs gain diverse competencies, providing them with a competitive advantage in their professional careers.
MINOR PROGRAM
The minor program allows students to gain knowledge in a field of interest or necessity while successfully continuing their primary degree program. In the selected minor program, students take a limited number of courses related to that field, and upon successful completion, they receive a certificate indicating their achievement. The certificate and knowledge gained through the minor program during university studies provide students with a different perspective compared to their colleagues, giving them an advantage in their careers.
Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Minor Curriculum
Each year, the acceptance of students into the double major and minor programs is determined based on the criteria and quotas set by the departments.
