Application And Required Documents

Students who meet the application conditions must apply in person to the relevant Double Major (ÇAP) or Minor (YANDAL) Department Chairmanships or Program Chairmanships with the following documents after filling out the Application Petition.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Application Petition (Available on the Student Affairs Office website):
   ÖİDB-FR-011- Double Major - Minor Application Form.docx

2. Transcript (Can be obtained from the Student Affairs Office)

3. Success Ranking in the Relevant Class of the Major Program

4. OSYM Document for the Year of Enrollment (This will be considered if the quota is exceeded.)

5. Foreign Language Certificate (Required for departments/programs offering education in a foreign language.)
