International Finance And Banking

The Department of Economics, which has been operating within the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences since the 2010 - 2011 academic year, had its first graduates in 2015. The name of our department was changed to "International Finance and Banking" Department with the decision of the Council of Higher Education dated 26.03.2020, provided that the status of our current students is preserved.

Our students who attend the compulsory foreign language preparatory class for 1 year in our department, whose language of instruction is 100% English, will have an "English International Finance and Banking Department Bachelor's Diploma" after 4 years of academic courses if they are successful.

The courses and curriculum shown to the students in the department are internationally accepted in the USA. and prepared as equivalent to European universities. In addition to cultural courses, courses that are required by the business market world and that require vocational training are also included in the curriculum.

With its academic staff specialized in International Finance and Banking, education is given with a pragmatic approach that aims to raise individuals who not only learn by heart, but also make a difference, not only with theoretical knowledge, but also to enable them to make a career in the business world, to interpret the information they have learned, to capture critical perspectives, to learn by thinking and not by rote.

Graduates of the Department of International Finance and Banking can be employed in a wide range of fields, as they have the opportunity to find jobs in all branches of finance, finance, accounting and administration and in all other fields related to these branches.

Note: Current students of the Department of Economics will continue their economics education with their current status and will receive a diploma from the "Department of Economics".
