Dialysis Program Introduction

The Dialysis Program is an important healthcare education program that aims to train qualified healthcare technicians who will take part in treatment processes to improve the quality of life of patients with renal failure. Today, the increasing prevalence of chronic kidney diseases has led to a growing need for dialysis services, highlighting the demand for well-trained and competent healthcare professionals in this field.

Within the scope of the program, students receive comprehensive education in areas such as basic medical sciences, kidney diseases, dialysis methods (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis), patient care, sterilization, and infection control. Theoretical courses are supported by practical training and clinical internships, enabling students to develop their professional skills and be well-prepared for their careers after graduation.

The Dialysis Program adopts an educational approach that prioritizes patient safety, ethical values, and quality standards. It aims to educate individuals who not only possess technical knowledge but also have strong communication skills, are adaptable to teamwork, and are patient-centered in their approach.

Graduates can be employed in dialysis units of public and private hospitals, private dialysis centers, and other related healthcare institutions. The program continuously updates its curriculum by closely following developments in the healthcare sector and provides education in line with the requirements of the modern era.
