BAP
It regulates the procedures and principles regarding the selection, monitoring, completion, and public announcement of research and thesis projects to be conducted by full-time faculty members, researchers who have completed doctoral and artistic competency programs, and graduate students at Toros University.
BEDEK
It ensures that scientific activities conducted by Toros University academic staff are encouraged and supported, and that applications for these activities are evaluated in accordance with objective, transparent, and measurable criteria. In this context, BEDEK aims to improve the quality of scientific research, publications, congress/symposium participation, project work, and similar academic activities conducted at national and international levels; to contribute to the university's scientific productivity; and to support the sustainable development of academic staff's scientific work. The Commission reviews applications for compliance with the Scientific Activities Incentive Principles, conducts the decision-making process regarding activities to be supported, and ensures the effective, fair, and orderly implementation of the incentive mechanism.
