Today, we witnessed the world of renewable energy closely with our technical trip to Kıvanç Energy!
🔹 We learnt about solar energy systems, production processes and the latest technological innovations.
🔹 We discussed the future of technology by communicating one-to-one with experts in the energy sector.
🔹 As engineers of the future, we increased our awareness of sustainable energy solutions.

VISIT TO TARSUS UNIVERSITY

Assoc. Prof., director of Toros University Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department and Renewable Energy Technologies Education Application and Research Center (YETAM). Dr. Ali Kemal Havare, Lecturer. Member Dr. Merve Özcan and Tarsus University, Faculty of Aviation and Astronautics Dean Prof. Dr. Kasim Ocakoglu and Prof. from the Department of Basic Engineering Sciences. Dr. Mine Ince visited Ocakoğlu. Stating that they are proud of the valuable professors for carrying out many projects such as TÜBİTAK 1001, TÜBİTAK 1071 and Horizon Europe, we invited them to the "Functional Materials Science and Engineering Symposium-2024" event, which will be held at Toros University on June 11, 2024.

2023-PROTOCOL SIGNED BETWEEN TOROS UNIVERSITY AND CHAMBER OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS

Toros University Renewable Energy Technologies Training Application and Research Center (YETAM) and Chamber of Electrical Engineers Mersin branch signed a protocol for the joint organization of Solar Energy Systems Trainings. Toros University Rector Mr. Prof. Dr. Ömer Arıöz, Rector of Toros University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alkan Alkaya, President of EMO Mersin branch signed the protocol ceremony, which was attended by YETAM director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Kemal Havare, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Adnan Mazmanoğlu, Vice Dean Dr. Ögr. Prof. Dr. Cevher Ak and EMO Mersin branch clerk Milena Zehhuroğlu participated. Within the framework of the signed protocol, it was decided to cooperate between Toros University and Chamber of Electrical Engineers Mersin Branch in organizing scientific activities on Renewable Energy Applications and joint training, consultancy, courses, etc.
