The Quality Guarantee System

The first objective set by YETAM in the strategic plan is ‘Establishing a Quality Assurance System’ and the first target in this context is ‘Establishing a Quality Assurance System for Education, Training, Projects, Consultancy Services and Management specific to YETAM’. The performance indicators related to this objective are ‘Unit Internal Evaluation Report’ and ‘Unit Feedback Report’. The reports are used as quality assurance mechanisms to systematically monitor, evaluate and improve the activities of the centre in order to ensure that the Strategic Plan 2022-2026, prepared within the framework of YETAM's mission and vision, is prepared and announced to its stakeholders, and to monitor, evaluate and take measures to improve all its activities.
As a necessity of social responsibility and the interest of the society, our centre shows due diligence in publishing transparent, up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible information. YETAM's web page is kept up-to-date. Information flow is provided both in Turkish and English. Our Centre monitors its activities and activities and analyses its activities through stakeholder meetings held within the scope of Advisory Boards convened every six months.
