The organizational structure of the Civil Engineering Master's Program with Thesis is coordinated by the Toros University Graduate Education Institute, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Department of Civil Engineering. The academic and administrative processes of the program are operated systematically and transparently within the framework of relevant legislation and university regulations.
The Department Head is responsible for the program's implementation, and educational activities are planned and implemented by faculty members. Academic decisions are made with the participation of the department board, the institute board, and relevant academic units, and are approved by the university's senior management when necessary.
A multi-stakeholder approach is adopted in decision-making processes. In this context, the opinions of internal and external stakeholders such as; faculty members, students, alumni, industry representatives, and professional chambers are regularly sought. Stakeholder participation is institutionalized, particularly through advisory board meetings, and plays an active role in the development of the program.
The program's educational activities, performance, and outcomes are regularly monitored and evaluated. These evaluations include: Student feedback, alumni opinions, and industry expectations are taken into account, and the data obtained is used to continuously improve the program.
In addition, decisions made and practices implemented within the scope of the program are documented within the framework of the quality assurance system and updated as necessary. Thanks to this structure, the program is run with a dynamic, participatory, and sustainable management approach.
