Safety Cabinets

SECURITY CABINET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Safety Cabinets are only available for our members to be used for 1 day (24 hours) a day. 

-Only Toros University staff and students can use the lockers at the entrance of the library. 

-Keys are loaned from the Lending Desk for 24 hours with a Toros University ID Card.

-The personal information of our students who will use the safety locker will be entered into the K.D.D.B Excel system before use and recorded for use in case of emergency.

 - Each cabinet has its own numbered key systems. After the escrow process is completed, the key is handed over to our students. 

-In case the key is lost, the cabinet key will be broken and opened. 

-In case of losing the key, the loss fee will be charged. 

- It is forbidden to leave all kinds of items that may contain liquid substances and risk factors in the cabinets (alcoholic beverages, lighters, etc.). In case the escrow is not received at the specified date or time;

 - Those who do not return the locker by exceeding its usage period will be penalized for not being able to use the locker for the period of delay.

 - In case the locker, which has expired, is emptied by the user, the refund will be made by the staff and given in return for the student ID cards. Otherwise, it will be checked daily and the escrow will be left to a separate department and we will not be responsible for the escrow.
