The "TÜBİTAK Open Access Article Account" under the "Read & Publish" agreement for the 2026-2028 period became active on February 17, 2026. Articles accepted on or after this date will be considered; articles accepted before February 17, 2026 will not be considered under the agreement.

Wiley journals in the Web of Science - SCIE, SSCI categories, specifically Q1 and Q2 group Hybrid journals and Gold/fully open access journals according to JCR-JIF values, are supported.

For the 2026-2028 period, the AE article quotas will be separate for Gold and Hybrid journals as follows:

2026: Gold/650 + Hybrid/1173; total: 1823
2027: Gold/659 + Hybrid/1196; Total: 1855
2028: Gold/668 + Hybrid/1220; Total: 1888

Wiley publication types "Research Article", "Review Article", "Data Article" and "Rapid Publication" will be considered under the agreement.

According to the terms of the agreement, no AE article quota allocation is made for institutions.

Important Information for Authors:

To benefit from the agreement, the "Responsible Corresponding Author" must be an active faculty member of the university. An author can receive APC support for a maximum of 5 articles per year. If the author wishes to publish their article as an AE, registering their institutional email address on the article submission form is important for faster completion of the AE approval processes.
