Off-campus Access (Proxy) Settings

Access to the "Database Websites", which are made available by the "Library and Documentation Department" of our university through subscription and purchase from TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and different institutions, is provided only by IP address controlled, in accordance with the license agreements made with companies. In this sense, a proxy for accessing any document from outside the campus you need to make your settings. 

In order for our users to access these sites from outside our institution (home, internet cafe, etc.), the steps to be taken for the use of proxy settings established by the IT Department are as follows: 

Students: T.C. ID and student numbers, 

Academic and Administrative Staff: T.C. They must forward their identification numbers and corporate e-mails to the Library and Documentation Department. After your login confirmation is sent to you, you can access the resources by following the user guide below.
