The program’s decision-making mechanisms are carried out in a hierarchical, traceable, and institutional framework in line with the university’s quality assurance system. This transparent management approach, which centers on the participation of internal and external stakeholders, is based on a comprehensive structure aimed at monitoring, auditing, and continuously improving educational activities.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board is a structure designed to facilitate the active participation of internal and external stakeholders in educational activities. Composed of internal and external stakeholders, this board systematically collects and evaluates opinions and suggestions regarding the program’s development. The Advisory Board Report, prepared following these meetings, identifies the program’s strengths and areas for improvement. The results obtained are evaluated at the department level, and matters deemed appropriate are submitted to senior management via a Department Council decision and incorporated into improvement processes.
Student Counseling Board
The Student Counseling Board is a structure designed to facilitate students’ active participation in management. Within this framework, class representatives contribute to the process by compiling students’ views and suggestions. The collected feedback is evaluated at Student Counseling Board meetings. The Student Counseling Report prepared following these meetings identifies students’ needs regarding academic and administrative processes. The results are submitted to senior management via a Department Council decision and incorporated into improvement processes.
Survey
As part of the program, various surveys are regularly administered, analyzed, and reported to gather feedback from students, alumni, and employers. If the average score in the survey results falls below the threshold value of 3.10, the relevant area is assessed as an “area open to improvement,” and an action plan is developed. The prepared survey reports are submitted to senior management via a Department Council decision and incorporated into improvement processes:
Course and Faculty Evaluation Survey
Student Internship/Practicum Evaluation Survey
Employer Internship/Practicum Evaluation Survey
New Graduate Program Evaluation Survey
Alumni Survey
Alumni Employer Survey
Course Evaluation
At the end of each term, a course evaluation report is prepared for every course. In these reports, Course Learning Outcomes (CLO), Program Outcomes (PO), exam results, and survey findings are analyzed to identify the course’s strengths and areas for improvement, and action plans are developed. All course reports are compiled to prepare the Program Evaluation Report. This report is submitted to senior management following a Departmental Board decision and incorporated into the improvement process.
