Organizational Structure And Decision-making Process

The program administration consists of the Department Chair, the Program Director, and a faculty member. This administrative structure is responsible for managing academic processes, planning courses, and overseeing the program’s overall operations. In accordance with quality assurance standards, it also coordinates efforts to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve educational activities.

Academic and administrative decisions within the program are first addressed at the program level and shaped in accordance with the opinions of relevant committees and units. Decisions are evaluated by the Department Council and, when deemed necessary, forwarded to senior management.

Student applications and individual requests are processed within this organizational hierarchy. Students submit their requests to the Program Chair via the relevant forms. Following a review and eligibility check by the Program Chair, the documents are submitted to the Department Chair for approval via the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). After the Department Chair’s approval, the relevant applications are forwarded to the Vocational School Directorate and included in the final evaluation process.

Thanks to this systematic workflow, decision-making processes are conducted in a hierarchical, traceable, and institutional framework, establishing a transparent management approach that centers on the participation of internal stakeholders.
