The Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, established within the School of Health Sciences at Toros University, commenced its educational activities by admitting its first cohort of students in the 2020–2021 academic year. Since its establishment, the Department has pursued the goal of training physiotherapists who are competent in their field, attentive to scientific developments, committed to ethical values, and responsive to societal needs, while carrying out its educational and research activities with a contemporary perspective. In line with an educational approach that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical skills, the Department aims to prepare its students as professionally well-equipped individuals.
