The Civil Engineering Program implements a quality assurance system based on continuous improvement principles in its education, research, and administrative processes. The program is conducted in alignment with clearly defined Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) and Program Outcomes (POs), which are regularly monitored, measured, and evaluated.
Assessment of program outcomes is carried out using both direct and indirect measurement methods, and the collected data are systematically analyzed to support continuous improvement actions. Decisions based on these analyses are implemented through a structured and traceable process, and their effectiveness is reassessed to ensure completion of the quality cycle in accordance with the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) approach.
Quality assurance processes are coordinated by the department administration, quality committee, and advisory board, with active contributions from both internal and external stakeholders. Feedback from graduates, employers, and industry representatives is systematically incorporated into program evaluation and revision processes.
In this context, the program adopts a transparent, participatory, accountable, and sustainable management approach, ensuring alignment with national and international engineering education standards while maintaining its commitment to continuous development.
