Within the scope of the Architecture Undergraduate Program, a compulsory internship is implemented to enable students to develop their professional knowledge and skills in real working environments. As part of the program, students complete their internships in architectural offices, construction sites, public institutions, and organizations operating in related design fields. This allows them to observe professional practices on-site, participate in project processes, and apply their theoretical knowledge in real-life settings.
During the internship process, students are expected to gain experience in architectural design, project development, construction details, material usage, and professional organizational processes. Internship activities are carried out in accordance with the regulations and under the supervision of the departmental internship commission.
The internship application process, evaluation criteria, required documents, and reporting guidelines are determined in accordance with the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture Internship Directive.
