Civil Engineering is one of the most important professions of our time. It is one of the most important disciplines related to the development of technologies shaping the information age. Civil Engineering holds a broad and influential place in academic and technological developments. It is directly involved in academic and technological developments within its own field, as well as being a determining factor in academic and technological developments in other fields. These include computer and information technology, communication, mechatronics, architecture, environmental science, interior architecture, industrial design, and many more. Civil Engineering is one of the disciplines that forms the basis of all these fields.

The Civil Engineering Master's Program aims to train graduate-level Civil Engineering students to design safe structures that are environmentally friendly and improve the quality of life for individuals and society; to plan, manage, and construct construction works; to train academics by conducting research and development in the field of Civil Engineering; and to train high-quality engineers by continuously producing new business development models in the construction industry.

Graduates of the Civil Engineering Master's program have a wide range of employment opportunities in construction departments within almost all public institutions, as well as in the private sector. In addition, if they continue their education and obtain a doctorate, they also have the opportunity to work as academics in higher education institutions.

Students who successfully complete this program are awarded a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (with thesis).
