Radiation Awareness At Toros University

Toros University Vocational School of Health Services organised an awareness event with the theme of "Life with Radiation" within the scope of 8 November World Radiology Day.
The event, held in the 45 Evler Campus conference hall, was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Fügen Özcanarslan, Director of the Vocational School of Health Services, Lecturer. Assist. Dilan Sarpkaya, academicians and many students attended the event.
Within the scope of the event, Lecturer. Lecturer. Arzu Coşkun "Radiation and Its Place in Medical Diagnosis", Lecturer Dr. Prof. Dr. Deniz Yalçınkaya made a presentation titled "The Dark Side of Radiation". After the presentation, a quiz on radiation was organised and the students who won the competition were presented their awards. The event was organised by Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Arzu Coşkun and students ended with a radiation-themed dance show.
Speaking within the scope of the event, Lecturer. Lecturer. Arzu Coşkun said, "We are waiting for participation in our "Life with Radiation" awareness event on Saturday, 11 November 2023 at the Marina."
