Our Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Ariöz Attended The 2025-2026 Academic Year Opening Ceremony

Toros University Rector Prof. Dr. Ömer Arıöz attended the 2025-2026 Higher Education Academic Year Opening Ceremony, which was held with the honorary presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The ceremony, organized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), was attended by many university rectors, academics, and students from across Turkey. The ceremony, held on October 9, 2025, at the Beştepe National Congress and Culture Center in Ankara, was also attended by academics and students from Toros University accompanying Prof. Dr. Arıöz.

At the ceremony held at the Presidential Complex, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wished the 2025-2026 academic year to be beneficial for the entire university community. He also congratulated the universities and scientists who were deemed worthy of the YÖK 2025 Excellence Awards.
