Nutrition and Dietetics Students at Toros University Provide Healthy Eating Education to Preschool Children as Part of a Community Service Project

The social contribution project titled “Fostering Healthy Eating Behaviors in Preschool Children and Strengthening Students’ Community-Based Education Skills,” conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Betül Gülşen, Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Toros University, and Dr. Eda Parlak, Assistant Professor and Deputy Department Head, was held on May 20, 2026, at Özel Güney Gelişim College. Research Assistant Sena Aksu provided support for the project, while members of the Toros Nutrition Society—Ceren Özsoy, Senem Giray, Yaren Akyatan, Nisa Yirik, Sudenaz Cavlak, and Ece Çal—delivered healthy eating education to preschool children.
