Joy Of Graduation In Toros University Nursing Department

Toros University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing gave its graduates for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Adnan Mazmanoğlu, Prof. Dr. Tunay Köksal, faculty members, students and their families attended the Oath and Graduation Ceremony of the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences held in Bahçelievler Campus Garden.

The graduation ceremony started with a moment of silence and the National Anthem and continued with the reading of the Nursing Oath.

Diyab Aslan, the valedictorian of the Nursing department, said: "We faced difficult midterm and final exams during the 4 years we studied, but at the end of the road we are here successfully. I congratulate all my colleagues for their efforts. Finishing the nursing department was a very challenging journey. From the first year, we took basic and applied courses, we put the theoretical courses we saw into practice and used our manual skills. After the challenging theoretical courses, we worked like a nurse in the hospital with the intern practice in the last year. We gained a lot of experience thanks to the intern nursing practice we applied in the hospital five days a week. I would like to thank my teachers who gave us this internship opportunity."

After the speeches, the graduating students were presented their representative diplomas and threw their caps and experienced the pride and joy of graduating.
