Esma GÖKÇE started with the opening speech. Paramedic Doğan MUTLU, who is working in Kahramanmaraş 112; The difficulties he encountered while intervening in the earthquake that occurred on February 6, 2023 04.17 and affected 11 of our provinces, the difficulties he encountered while intervening in the earthquake victims under the rubble in Kahramanmaraş, and the indescribable picture and experiences he experienced, and ended his speech by proceeding in the form of question and answer. At the end of the event, Paramedic Doğan MUTLU signed his books "Blue Lights Emergency Case Management" and "112 Emergency ECG 2" for academicians and students.
