Purpose
To regulate the principles and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of a Quality Management System for the evaluation of services and continuous improvement of unit processes by taking into account the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders in Toros University units.
Scope
It covers the provisions regarding the duties, authorities and responsibilities of all elements that make up the Toros University Quality Management System.

Toros University aims to be a university that has adopted a quality assurance system to achieve its strategic goals within the framework of its mission and vision, interacts with all stakeholders, transforms the knowledge it produces into products, technology and services, and is based on improving education, research and development and social contribution activities and the management system of the institution.
All our units are committed to a quality management system that focuses on superior performance within the quality assurance system, aims to keep the satisfaction of all stakeholders at a high level by ensuring the participation of internal and external stakeholders in quality processes, and continuously improves itself with an effective leadership approach.
