Quality Assurance System is a structure comprised of policies, procedures, and practices utilized to ensure compliance with the quality standards of an organization. Strategic objectives are identified with the aim of making improvements in the Quality Assurance System processes, and action plans are devised to achieve these objectives. During the phase of reaching the objectives, a continuous improvement approach is adopted based on the PUKO cycle.
