Staff Mobility For Training

Staff mobility for receiving training is a field of activity that allows any staff employed in a higher education institution in Turkey with ECHE to receive training in one of the program countries. Within the scope of this activity, it is possible to receive various trainings (such as on-the-job trainings, observation processes) in order to improve the skills of the person in subjects related to his/her current job. Participation in conferences cannot be supported under this activity.

The enterprise to be trained abroad may be an education center, research center, higher education institution or any other organization that meets the definition of an enterprise. In this context, an eligible enterprise is any private or public institution/organization, regardless of its size, legal status and the economic sector in which it operates, as well as any enterprise engaged in any economic activity, including social economy.
