Our Education-training Policy

         Toros University is moving towards its goal of becoming an innovative and productive institution with its young and dynamic academic staff. As a requirement of its quality policy, our university prioritizes today's educational skills and technologies in the education and training process. Our university attaches importance to providing students with today's skills that cover areas such as creativity, critical thinking and problem solving, communication and cooperation, information, media and technology skills, information and communication technologies literacy, life and professional skills, flexibility and adaptability, entrepreneurship, social and intercultural productivity and responsibility, leadership. Our quality policy for education and training is based on the harmony between 21st century skills and innovations in educational sciences and all vocational education programs. In this context, necessary updates are made in our programs and education system. Competency-based planning of education, learning-prioritized education and training strategies and evaluation of assessment and evaluation methods together with today's skills constitute the framework for the assurance of qualifications. As a result of these approaches, it is aimed to improve the education programs at our university, to increase the quality of education and to increase student satisfaction.
