MISSION
The mission of the Toros University Language Research Application and Research Center is to conduct research and practical work aimed at exploring and defining the various manifestations of Turkish—one of the world’s oldest and most established written languages—across different fields, to identify the structural, formal, functional, and semantic patterns of Turkish based on real language data, and to describe the phenomena revealed by this data, in line with dynamic and continuously evolving technological activities through a research-oriented and analytical perspective, and to contribute to the promotion of the Turkish language by producing, sharing, and applying the knowledge, findings, and insights obtained through these processes.
VISION
TÜDAM’s vision, which is based on conducting research and applying practices to investigate and define the various manifestations of the Turkish language through big data while enhancing interdisciplinary interaction, is to encourage original research in light of scientific and technological advancements, to access national and international research resources, to develop high-level scientific research projects, and to become a pioneering, reputable, and leading research center both domestically and internationally by organizing collaborative events.
