Our facility is the most advanced modern fitness center in the Mediterranean, built on an area of 4,500 m². We serve you with our sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, equipped fitness center, indoor swimming pool, children's pool, basketball court and studio rooms that we use for our group classes.
FACILITY DETAILS
The indoor swimming pool, which you can use in summer and winter, is 1.95 m² deep and 25 m² semi-Olympic. You can take swimming courses or use it as a free swimming area.
In the fitness center, we provide service with the most advanced equipment installed on an area of 1.600 m² and a program prepared by our fitness instructors.
Our halls where group classes are given are in use as Spining hall, Pilates hall, Zumba and Crunch hall.
In our personalized Pilates studio, we have reformer classes that you can take either alone or with your friend accompanied by our instructor.
In the measurement room, measurements are made before starting the training and a personalized program is prepared after body fat and muscle analysis is performed with the Tanita device. After the use of all the tools is demonstrated, the training starts. Measurements are repeated at certain intervals.
In the area where there are special changing rooms for men and women, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath are provided in 3 different ways.
