The educational objectives of the program define the expected career goals and professional competencies that graduates are anticipated to achieve in the near future. These objectives are established in alignment with the mission of the university, the academic unit, and the department, with contributions from both internal and external stakeholders.

The mission of the Department of Interior Architecture is to advance education and research in the field by educating designers who possess critical thinking skills, adopt ethical design principles, and demonstrate a strong sense of social responsibility. In this context, the department prioritizes the design of sustainable interior environments that support cultural continuity, social inclusivity, and user well-being at both national and international levels. Interdisciplinary collaboration is encouraged, and the integration of digital and innovative learning methods is supported.
