Disabled Student Unit

The Toros University Disabled Student Unit was established and commenced its activities in accordance with the Toros University Disabled Student Unit Principles, which were revised and enacted by the University Senate's decision dated March 12, 2018, and numbered 02/18, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 11 of the Higher Education Institutions Disability Advisory and Coordination Regulation.

The Toros University Disabled Student Unit's mission is to identify the academic, administrative, physical, psychological, accommodation, and social needs of higher education students with disabilities, determine the necessary steps to meet these needs, plan, implement, and develop the necessary work, and evaluate the results of these efforts. The aim is to raise awareness and consciousness about disabilities and individuals with disabilities.
