Within the Graphic Design Program, all academic and administrative processes—supported by professional practice, information systems, and participant communication networks—are organized within a comprehensive and systematic framework.

The primary objective of professional practice is to ensure that students gain industry experience prior to graduation. Within this framework, students gain controlled exposure to professional work life by completing practical training at institutions related to their fields during their education, thereby reinforcing their professional competencies.

Alumni Information System serves as the primary platform for maintaining communication between alumni and the university. Through this platform, alumni’s career development is tracked, and their ties to the university are strengthened through various events.

Student Information System serves as the primary platform for managing course registration, grade tracking, the academic calendar, and other administrative processes. Students can easily manage all their academic processes through this system.

Class representatives serve as an important bridge facilitating communication between students and academic units. Students’ opinions, suggestions, and requests are regularly conveyed to the relevant units through this channel, thereby ensuring a participatory educational environment.
