MISSION
The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Toros University aims to educate individuals who are specialized in the field of gastronomy through innovation and service to society; to approach culinary arts from both scientific and cultural perspectives; to internalize the principles of sustainable and healthy nutrition; and to contribute to both local and international culinary cultures.
