Organizational Structure And Decision-making Process

Decision-Making Processes and External Stakeholder Participation

In the Court Office Services Program, the planning and updating of educational activities and the implementation of quality assurance processes are based on the principles of participatory management and continuous improvement. Program administration and relevant academic bodies play a key role in decision-making processes, while the views of external stakeholders are also taken into consideration in order to maintain the program’s relevance and alignment with professional practice.

In this context, external stakeholders contributing to the development of the program include representatives of the judicial organization, enforcement offices, notary offices, law offices, relevant units of public institutions and organizations, graduates, and experts with field experience.

External Stakeholder Participation, Documentation, and Its Impact on the Program:
Opinions and evaluations received from external stakeholders are addressed through relevant meetings, consultations, and evaluation processes with the aim of improving the educational processes of the program. The feedback obtained is assessed in line with the needs of the program, and when deemed necessary, improvements are made to course content, practical studies, and the overall program structure.

In these processes, particular consideration is given to:

current developments in the field of justice services,
the professional knowledge and practical skills required by the sector and public service,
the needs encountered by students during their professional practice and workplace experience processes,
the experiences and feedback gained by graduates in professional life.

In line with the feedback received, the program content is reviewed regularly; improvements are made to update course content in areas such as clerical services, registry procedures, filing, document management, UYAP applications, and similar fields, to strengthen the practical dimension of the program, and to enhance students’ professional competencies.

Through this systematic approach, our program supports the goal of training graduates who are able to adapt to the changing needs of justice services, possess strong practical skills, are open to innovation, and have a strong sense of professional responsibility.
