The assessment process in the Court Office Services Program aims to objectively, transparently, and comprehensively evaluate students' knowledge, skills, and competencies throughout the two-year associate degree program. This process is systematically conducted to monitor the level of achievement of program outcomes and to provide data for continuous improvement efforts.

The assessment within the program is structured to cover not only students' theoretical knowledge but also their professional application skills, their ability to interpret legislation, and their knowledge of judicial correspondence and office procedures.

Throughout the two-year program, students are evaluated through midterm exams, final exams, quizzes, assignments, practical work, keyboard tests, file and document preparation exercises, and oral and written application assessments. Depending on the nature of the course, different and supplementary assessment tools may be used.

When calculating the success grade for each course, the assessment criteria and percentages specified in the Bologna Information Package for that course are taken into account.

Students are required to meet the attendance requirements specified in the relevant legislation and regulations in order to be eligible to take the final exam.

A letter grading system is applied in the program. AA, BA, BB, CB, and CC grades are considered passing; DC and DD grades are considered conditionally passing. To pass a course with a DC or DD grade, a student must have a minimum overall weighted grade point average of 2.00.

Assessment and evaluation results are correlated with the outcomes of the two-year associate degree program; course content, teaching methods, and assessment tools are regularly reviewed and updated based on the data obtained.
